1,178 per day...which is probably late evening to early morning. I think the numbers are wrong.

This must include the teens who dress up like maids in Akihabara in an attempt to attract male customers .
And likewise, society shouldn't turn a blind eye to enjo kosai and all the other dirty scams involving minors that take place on the streets late at night.
