Whilst overseas recently, I spotted a massive group of Japanese junior high schools students, nearly a hundred, on a "field trip." Is this necessary? Their teachers certainly looked stressed-out.

Free markets are the answer to all. Too many failing kids is the best failing grade for any teacher.

Fire any teacher who has three consecutive years below the average GPA for that school.

What job could be worse than that of teacher?? I can't understand why young foreigner kids would want to be english teachers for a pittance but to work in a school, well no wonder there are so many depressed and sick teachers.
