    They do this for the "chikans" on the Midosuji subway. It's always funny to hear "grouping is a crime, please people who are or see someone get groped, please...."

    These obvious criminal activities like shoplifting don't really need signs stating so. They just need more severe punishment and greater public displays of embarassment bestowed upon them and their families.

    I've seen plenty of anti-shoplifting posters in stores...

    Some costumers said they would prefer the alternative; "Big brother is watching you always, not just when you are the using the facilities."
