The DPJ, like the LDP, is a disaster and for the sake of Japanese democracy should disband, with remnant politicians merging into other opposition parties according to policy preferences. Let the Japanese people vote for policies rather than faces, friends and families.

What an absolute joke. The DPJ is going to coordinate with political parties whose members include people like Hashimoto Toru, Ishihara Shintaro, Hiranuma Takeo, and Nakayama Kyoko? DPJ should just dissolve if it's going to join forces with people like that.

If the DPJ really wants to win the next House of Representatives elections, they should start wooing the Komeito Party. If they win Komeito's favor, they also gain all those Soka Gakkai votes that help Jiminto win so strongly.
