Indeed, I cant believe any counrty shares a collective dream, we are are individuals afterall (personally, I just dream abouot getting in Hoshino Akis' pants). Anyway, what are we, a hive? btw its an IVORY tower. Unless the ivy has overgrown the tower and it has caused him to be trapped?

Japan does have a dream. To build the world tallest building. It is being built in Sumida ku as we type. Any business folks out there this will be the next revitalized area in some of the older parts of Tokyo

Just to be clear, the new tower will NOT be a building - no offices or "mansions", huge difference to building an empty frame compared to the new tall buildings in Malaysia, Taiwan, Shanghai or Dubai.
