Should be so patently obvious that it does not even have to be stated in a true democracy. Guess that is why there is the need to say it in Japan, in relation to Abe and the LDP.

Kawabata is clearly clueless or lying, its patently OBVIOUS the J-govt & politicians HEAVILY influence ALL forms of media in Japan & have for many many decades.
