I would supposed that the executives in Japan will get no bonus, as Toyota sales in Japan have declined yet again, and domestic operations still continue to bleed red ink.

This is a real slap in the face to Abenomics. It is the factory workers, salespeople and mechanics that need the pay raises so they can go out and spend money on other things to grease the economy. Paying 25% more to top earning executives does nothing to help the average Joe. Which is why Abenomics is failing! Japan is becoming more and more like the US, the rich reaping the benefits, while the middle class suffer more and more, while being forced to take less and less.

25% is thoroughly disgusting. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Who is there left to buy your cars?

So Toyota now sells 'units', not cars, trucks or other vehicles?
