Excellent work. One of the problems in Japan is a lack of tolerance of nature. Cats do an excellent job of rodent control. However, if they are not neutered, they can breed extremely fast. Most vets charge around 15,000 or more for neutering, but here are orgaizations that will neuter and vaccinated strays for around 2,000 yen, which is much more reasonable. When this is done, an ear is clipped to show that the cat has already been neutered. Trap, neuter, return is so much more humane than trap and gas.
