I hope this gets done as quickly as possible. For the sake of the many fathers whose stories we have read on JT over the years (and maybe even some mothers that we haven't heard about?), it'll be a great day when it is finally signed. I think it will also go a way to improving Japan's image. Furthermore I think it will also have a positive benefit when Japan tries to get assistance with kidnappings of Japanese citizens by North Korea.
