The prolbem stated perfectly:

"When people SEE data...." see...by accident? Somewhere? When the government and Tepco see fit to tell them? The truth?

Normal human beings, all over the world would LOOK for data. Here the drama queens still sit on their behinds FOUR YEARS LATER, instead of getting on with their lives somewhere else.

Good for them! Taking matters into their own hands is what it's all about.

Because nothing shows that a society is healthy quite like having a high participation level in a locally-built and devolved civil society unfettered by government interference or control!
