Kisenosato should just retire. He’s an embarrassment as a Yokozuna.

Kisenosato should just retire, I agree he never should have been promoted, definitely not Yokozuna material.

No not really, I watched the bought and the writer here is attempting to get a Japanese sympathy vote for a truly poor display by a yokozuna, and yokozuna, Japanese or otherwise. The constant adding of "Japanese" or "sole Japanese" is getting to the point of being a negative comment about Kisenosato! Stop using it! It's discriminatory at best!

> There were shocks all around as first Kisenosato, the sole Japanese grand champion, was dismissed to a third loss with another weak display at the hands of former ozeki Kotoshogiku, while Hakuho fluffed his lines in the day's final match against upstart Yoshikaze.

He should never have been promoted, and now the sumo association has another "problem", if they let him quit this tournament. No other yokozuna has been allowed so much leeway before being forced to retire. Kisenosato should do it for them before he embarrasses himself and the sport any further!
