West Ham would wipe the floor wiv all them teams, but they wasn't invited!!! Adelaide and Waitakere couldn't even beat Millwall or Orient. What type of Club World Cup are that? Up the Hammers!!

actually if West ham had won the European championship they would have qualified for the tournament. The Club World Cup invites the winners of the different confederations to participate. If you want to find out how West Ham can qualify next year you can go to the website. Then you can tell the players the rules. They might be able to make it for next year. Good Luck

ihavearrived....It would be fairly difficult for Geoff Hurst and the lads to win the European Championship. Anyone who knows owt about footy will tell you that this is a tournament for national teams held every 4 years. The champions league winners take part in the World CLUB chamionship.

I stand corrected. Actually i dont think West Ham have ever won anything. Let alone even being able to qualify for the Champions League. They are a second rate team. Most J-League teams could probably beat them.

West Ham have won the FA Cup three times: in 1964, 1975 and 1980. They have also been runners-up twice, in 1923 and 2006.

In 1965, they won the European Cup Winners Cup and in 1999 they won the Intertoto Cup

i think you are stating years way before anyone was born. 1965 and 1923. i am having a big laugh. actually jleague teams are quite strong. i have no doubt they would be competitive in europe. i think west ham will be 2nd division next year. just my opinion. you dont have to respond to this comment. good luck

West Ham would have to buy bad to drop 2 divisions in 1 season.

No J League club could compete at English Championship level , let alone any higher level. The Japanese level is very poor compared to Europe.

You only have to look north of the border to Scotland to see the old firm. They storm their league every year, yet don't quite cut it in European competitions. If they were to drop into the English league, they would probably make good top 8 teams due to their fan base and the revenue they could command in the EPL. Your average Japanese team is very poor, and even the likes of the 'mighty' Urawa reds would be on a par with the likes of Derby County!! No offense to any rams fans out there...
