It was nice to watch Asa absolutely slam his opponent into the dirt - put him in his place! He looks unstoppable, the Champ, definately gonna be watching the Asa. v Hak. Rumble in Fukuoka next Sunday.

I guess LoveUSA is happy with the Bulgarian's win.

You guess my feeling right as well as the feelings of all women interested in sumo all over the world.

The Bulgarian boy won? That would have sent LoveUSA into multiple Os.

That's the first time I've seen Asa get behind his opponent like that. Oh, he's probably done it before, but I missed it!

Sharpie, calm down! There's nothing disrespectful about writing "Asa," the short version of Asashoryu.

yes, but I wonder if Kotooshu is eating and sleeping well. I saw circles around his eyes on tv and I am a little bit worried. Maybe he is tired.

I have a feeling Kotoshu's time will come. After Asa retires...

  • LoveUSA at 10:10 PM JST - 22nd November

Kotooshu is so kind, I bet that he will help Chiyotaikai and give him one win when they meet. Maybe the other ozekis will try to support Shiyotaikai as well but they are all in a bad situation themselves, only Kotooshu is not threatened at the moment so most positively he will help Chiyotaikai.

I was hoping that Yoshikaze could keep up his run.

How close did Hakuho come to slipping up before coming back to turf Kakuryu! And how enthusiastic was Kakuryu to begin with, charging right off the dohyo altogether.

It sounds more like drinking every night. It doesn't matter how much sleep you get if you drink too much, those big black circles are gonna come.

even with black circles he is gorgeous. I am just a little bit concerned. I hope he wins tomorrow so I can see his cute smile.

Sarge, I don't think Kaio is on his way to another kachikoshi, at least not before Harumafuji.

Chiyotaikai is doomed. If he waits to retire until after being demoted and failing to reclaim his Ozeki status, doesn't that mean a severely reduced pension? If that is the case, the biker is being foolish. He is looking at an old age of knee and hip problems, you can see that just by the way he walks. He's going to need every penny.

All of a sudden, the two guys most likely to become Ozeki, Baruto and Kakuryu, are kind of struggling. Tochinoshin is looking good.

Chiyotaikai is actually the bad boy of sumo. I love his attitude. If he is demoted, what rank will he have? I will love him even more if he goes down to the rank of maegashira and climbs again.

No, Asa is the real Bad Boy of Sumo, and backs up his attitude with supreme skill in the ring! Chiyotaikai should now move into K-1, his isn't a Sumo wrestler anymore.

I miss the real bad boy Roho. Any chance of him coming back in competition?

  • BurakuminDes at 05:51 PM JST - 23rd November

It would be nice to see the Roho kiddie back; he fell in with the "wrong crowd" it seems...hopefully his life ban will be lifted next year and we can see him back in the ring.
