Namibia and japan should've been matched up for a decent game instead of japan vs ABS and Namibia Vs S.A.

Don't believe what they say about a weakened French team, i heard it isnt and it is media hype. The french are cunning basterds too so I wouldnt take it as a weakened team however i would say it is a weekend team for sure.

Go The All Blacks - Remember Cardiff 4 years ago, lets hope we dont get that wanker ref wayne barnes or that drop kick of a ref from japan tonga game.

England will struggle past Romania as they did with Georgia last weekend lol, they seem to make hard work of these lesser teams for some reason, it might be the way they play :))

The scotland Argie game should be a good one as far as equally matched minnows goes.

The British media are suggesting that the French wanted to have their best backs on the field hence the reason Parra is playing at fly half. He has played there but not for a couple of years. There's nothing to suggest that they're trying to throw this game because if he were they'd be protecting their better players.

So the All Blacks can bore us every match with their big dance before game play but bagpipes are taboo?

I'm no Kiwi, but can appreciate the Haka as a great way to build the atmosphere before a game. Bagpipes are a droning abomination and should be banned under the Geneva Convention :)

LOL! I tend to agree - especially when the players are clearly affected by a wee dram! however if all the pacific island nations are allowed to have a cultural performance prior to their games, every other nation that wants to should be allowed to IMO. Otherwise, it smacks of hypocrisy from the IRB.

The british can bring their rusty muskets and their holey old blankets we dont mind at all, the irish can dance a jig and the aussies used to sing waltzing matilda anway, cant see the problem, we been doing the haka for over 100 year at rugby games way Before the IRB was even thought of.

And the Scots can forget their bagpipes and have a pre-match deep-fried pizza and heroin feast!

and if the pipes are allowed how could the 'kiltjoys' deny the Boks those trumpets the South Africans used at stadiums during the soccer world cup ?That's probably all they are trying to avoid here.

There's a huge difference between the Haka and the bagpipes.

One lasts a minute and is done by one of the teams and the other affects the enjoyment of the people watching.

There is nothing worse than being next to a scotsman who is making a dreadful noise and annoying the hell out of everyone around. And then when he picks up the bagpipes...

But if the french finish 2nd in the group their worst case semi scenario is England..yet the winner of the group takes on Australia or the Springboks..certainly in Frances favour to finish 2nd
