Chelsea wins Premier League title

City need a new manager and to spend some serious cash if they are going to stop Jose dominating this league for as long as he stays. Things could change if there are billionaires lined up to take over Premiership clubs to make things more 'interesting'.

Mourinho is painful but good. Van Gaal is painful and average. city are just City - perennial second best (except for the one time they spent a billion to win the title).
