Sad, looks like the rioters won this round!

I just wanted to make sure that everyone remembered that the reason we were not allowed into this game today is ultimately because the police killed Freddie Gray, the 37-year-old Hurson said.

You mean the police won this round!

Call it practice.

Wonders if they refunded all of the tickets plus paid the season ticket holders?

Latest report is Freddie Gray was intentionally trying to hurt himself in the back of the police van.......

Again I say, refrain from accusations until the whole story is told. Didn't we learn from Furgesson?

What is the difference between non-eerie silence and eerie silence? Please explain.

If it were a NFL match-up, there'd be a 3/4 house. Baseball, Americas pastime, has taken a dive. Especially compared to NBA & NFL.

Baltimore, like every other major US city, has other issues to face. The fans will return eventually.

Oh, you mean that part of the story where Fox News declared Michael Brown to be a "thug," and that made it all right for a cop to shoot him down in the street? Yeah, we learned a lot from that, but probably not the same thing you did.

AFP missed all the things the players did to lighten the mood. One Oriole was standing by the stands pretending to sign autographs. Another waved to adoring... seats... after he scored a run, and the player with the ball at the end of the game tossed it up into the... empty seats as he went into the dugout.

Oh, you mean that part of the story where Fox News declared Michael Brown to be a "thug," and that made it all right for a cop to shoot him down in the street?

But Michael Brown WAS a thug. He had just committed petty larceny at a convenience store and was trying to grab the officer's gun at the time he was shot. THUG - with a capital "T". Just because somebody is "unarmed" doesn't mean he isn't using his arms to threaten somebody.
