I would rather go one step farther and say : No TV plays... If you are true fan of football go to the stadium and watch live plays there !

It works pretty well in Rugby Union/league, NFL, cricket etc...so why not use video technology in soccer? Oh, because Blatter and FIFA are so out of touch it is ridiculous. Resign now, you old zero!
