    Yeah... that's about as likely to happen as the Japan Sumo Association letting an external investigator in.

    If true, it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. It is practically a well-known fact that organizations like FIFA, the International Olympic Committee and others are rife with bribery and corruption. The behavior has been taking place for decades.

    This'll put a stop to it. Whenever there is a World Cup, Olympics etc coming up, get yourself 20 global members on your Bid Committee representing every continent (preferably accountable professionals such as lawyers or police officers). Then hold a voting lottery on the actual day of the vote selecting only 5 members from the committee. That would put a stop to most of the bribery and dodgy deals that go on, as the 20 members of the Bid Committee would know they only have a 25% chance of getting to vote and therefore could not secure a paid vote. Knowing who gets to vote is ridiculous.
