WTF was up with NTV cutting the hero interview off after about 2 minutes? Scumbags. They had just promised the broadcast would be last until 9:50 PM and then cut it off at 9:40 and ran 5 minutes of commercials followed by a 5 minute lead in to their next program.

I would have called to complai if I had the phone number.

Overall, a good game, though in spite of that. I was a bit worried when they pulled Yagi in the 7th and had Nakata go to the plate. Figured it might have been a tad early. Nice squeeze play by Hichori. And Ogasawara got a bit greedy in the bottom of the 9th trying for second.

Turning out to be a good series.

This is a classic series. I look forward to Yomiuri fans crying for the second consecutive year.

@chuckers-2 minutes? How about 2 seconds! I knew they were gonna do that. The broadcasting in this country never ceases to amaze me. Makes me hate the giants organization. Although I don't mind the players. I especially like the giants shortstop. He should be playing MLB.

chuckers, it was broadcast on NTV, in our area also known as Yomiuri TV. The Giants weren't being interviewed were they? If they had been, you can bet they wouldn't have been cut off... Go Fighters!

I am aware that NTV is part of the Gomi-uri conglomerate. It was just really bad sportsmanship on their part to cut the interview off. G+ probably carried the whole thing but I am not paying for that.

If the Fighters win again tonight and they pull this crap again, I am definitely calling them up to complain. The Japan Series only happens once a year. Be a good sport about it when you lose for crying out loud!
