I hope he gets better soon. Matsuda was a good player. Sadly his career is over - I cant see doctors recommending a heart attack victim to return to pro sport.

Really sad news. It sounds as if he's on mechanical life support. I wonder what caused it. Some athletes get cardiomegaly or arrhythmia.

"Situation is grim" is how the prognosis is being translated. I hope he survives and regains consciousness.

Heat stroke is suspected.
