Golfer Jason Day loses 8 relatives in Philippines typhoon

Wow, how very sad. My condolences go out to him and to the nation. That last typhoon was incredibly devastating. It's really great to see businesses like Costco and some of the convenience stores collecting donations to help the needy over there. Good luck to the Phillipines and may God look after them.

Good to hear that companies are helping raise funds to help but I don't think God is doing much. Neither is prayer. The victims need tangible help quickly.

Philippine typhoon destroyed too many homes and villages. Sad to learn Champ lost so many relatives. RIP. People are still searching all over in rabbish. Yesterday (Sunday in USA), The TV news concentrated on Typhoon instead of Obamacare or middle east. People had to beg water and food.
