The Western press seems to see this as some kind of cause and effect, a punishment for Arai. Honda say it is because he is reaching 60 and retirement, and now is better for a regular company reshuffle than in mid-season. He will still be in an overseeing role, apparently.

Anyway, Honda are saying they will have an uprated engine for the second part of testing. Hope it's better than the one they are running over these first couple of days in Barcelona. Go Alonso! Go Jenson!
