The top tier sponsors now pay $200 million each to the IOC. Second tier sponsors must pay $40 million each. Sounds like they are chipping in quite a bit.

They are chipping in, but they are probably benefiting disproportionately too. How many taxpayers are "chipping in" and getting very little if anything...just saying.
