hope Japan gets it. Thay have the ARFU and NZRFU support but is that enough to beat the IRB stiff shirts? I think their time has come. But change the name of your team, "cherry blossoms" aren't tough enough. How about the Samurai Whalers or something?

A World Cup held in Italy sounds interesting, but if the IRB are serious about promoting the game then it has to be held in Japan.
I`d like to see the games held at the purpose-build soccer stadiums rather than at the National Stadium. The game is so much better with the fans sitting as close to the touchline as possible. I can easily imagine a ground like Saitama Stadium generating the atmosphere worthy of the occasion.

What are 1 and 2, ...and 4 and 5...?

I hope if Japan does get it, to keep it the hell away from Tokyo! I can't stand all of these over grown drunk gorrillas, using rugby as an excuse to tear every thing up, go to the local pub, laugh about it, hahaha. No way, not in Tokyo!

elbudamexicano, don't you know that all that rugby puts hairs on your chest, what chance have you got against a tie and a crest? At least rugby players and fans are usually educated and well-behaved, unliked those pleb, working class hooligan soccer yobs.
