    What a dismal result. UAE are not ranked in the top 100 in the world by Fifa, and they even dragged Nakamura away from the Pub League for this game. Still could only manage a 1-1 draw?

    japan has no scorers, nationwide. an entire nation of midfielders.

    Warmups don't always count for everything.

    One classic example is when England struggled to beat Hong Kong just prior to Euro '96.

    And they ended up playing sensational football and getting to the semi finals.
