    It is time to eliminate one referee who is judge jury and executioner. There needs to be eyes in the sky.. put gps in the ball and on the goal line.. put 3 referee in the video booth and make judgements to fouls, flops and offsides.. eventually with the technology that comes with situations like this.. where money is gambled.. there can be no mistake.. look at NFL... they are getting it right. NOt one referee to say foul in the box.. also put penalty spot back a few meters.. with todays high tech balls and boots.. it is not fair to have penalty kicks so close... soccer must change.. it must also eliminate ties.. and have golden goal sudden death for games.. ties are stupid and waste of time for the fan as well as the player.
