    And the rule to decide a tied Interleague championship ? Guess what ? Yes, a tied Interleague finish will be decided by the placings last year ! What rubbish. So how will they encourage teams to improve their position every year if a tie gets decided by the previous years placings ? Japanese baseball missed a glorious chance to encourage attractive baseball. This could have been decided by the team hitting most home runs, or even to encourage attacking pitching by deciding it on the most strikeouts. Or even by least walks.
