@ JapanGirl; 2 things missy...
1). Yes people watch rugby... it is the #2 football code worldwide and the #3 biggest watched sporting event. 2). Why did you bother to comment if you are ignorant on the sport?
Whilst I would rather gnaw off my own arm than watch a bunch of hair-do's prance around playing soccer - I am far too well-adjusted to bother going to online sites to inform all the soccer fans of this fact.

@JapanGal:
Soccer is a sport for gentlemen played by thugs, and Rugby is a sport for thugs played by gentlemen - thats all you need to know. (Or is ti the other way around? I forget. (sigh)

Go Japan you really need to regain some mojo against the Canucks...you'll be hosting this WC in the not too distant future! LOL the #3 biggest watched (by rugby mums) sporting event

Onc again, I ask "Who cares"? Is 1-3 really a significant difference than 0-4 -- since they got blown out in their first three games? Will it really bode that much better for the future?

Up Up Super Blossoms! They are just playing for pride now - and I just hope they put in a good performance. Canucks are a good team, especially their halves, and are rightly starting as strong favourites. They should win. At least the Blossoms are better than those hopeless Namibians! There should be a "bottom teams" Final - I reckon Japan would belt the Namibians!

Canada has shown a lot of guts so far in this championship and as such I'm rooting for them. I hope it's not a slaughter and ends up being a good game, but it's clear the 'Brave Blossoms' need to rethink their strategy completely. They've changed order a bunch of times with zero success... blamed it on a second string when putting it back to first wielded no positive results, etc. Canada, on the other hand, has played hard and already upset Tonga.
Go Canada!

@Nicky... No mate I live in Napier, NZ Me, my wife and son are all going to support Japan. Not sure why seems so difficult to believe?
Also, I guess If SA get Wayne Barnes to knock out the ABs...or have another " very fortunate timed" food poisoning then they may again stand a chance against their betters.
