An Australian sportsman that even many Australians find too boorish. His persecution complex just tops it all.

Australian tennis has really gone down the tubes. This bloke & Tomic should have the book thrown at them!

Seriously lame if that is unsportsmanlike conduct.

At the same press conference after that match, Kyrgios said he wants to retire http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/nick-kyrgios-wants-retire-young-doesnt-fancy-playing-tennis-30-1561343

As some would say, 'HURRY UP!'

Can't stand the dude. Just another classless, intellectually limited bogan.

Kyrgios is a grub and not even Australian in most of our eyes. Same deal for that bell-end Tomic. Both are just lucky to carry the Aussie passport. If he is allowed to compete in Rio then most Aussies will be cheering loudly for whoever he plays.

Here we have clearly illustrated the difficulties of being an ethnic minority.

@jpn-guy, not in this case mate. Like in most countries, Oz has a substantial number of (generally old) anglo aussies who target what you call 'ethnic minorities' (Dawn Fraser had a racially motivated go at Kyrgios a couple of years ago) but the overwhelming majority of ppl take you at face value no matter where you or your parents are from.

And look at anglos Lleyton Hewitt, James 'brand' O'Connor and many more, they also copped a fair bit of flak when they behaved like dh. Most aussies, anglos, greeks or other euros etc cant stand Kyrgios. In my case (new aussie, born and raised in old Europe) I would even dislike him more if he were anglo! A prat is a prat no matter where the last name is from.

@ goldorak - very well said. This issue is NOT an Anglo-Celtic vs non Anglo-Celtic Aussie thing, despite what jpn-guy is suggesting. It is simply the case that most Aussies dont tolerate fools and di-kheads claiming to represent them in sport - and Kyrgios and Tomic are shining examples of these dropkicks. As Goldorak says, Plenty of Anglo-Celtic Aussies can be added to this list of shame, for example Major winners Lleyton Hewitt and Pat Cash, as well as "Brand" O'Connor etc. All of them white, and dead-set knobs.
