That was probably Everton's easiest home win of the season. Arsenal looked like a mid-table side with nothing to play for. It sounds like more and more Arsenal fans are thinking that it's time for Wenger to step down.

Liverpool played well given they were up against a team that just sets out to spoil the game. The Hammers "goal" only came about as a result of the keeper getting a hand in the face as he tried to catch the ball. Big Sam's team sometimes gets jeered by their own fans even when winning, such is the quality of their football.

On current form Everton will soon be in fourth leaving Arsenal to battle it out with United for Europa league qualification.

I agree with the comment above about West Ham last night. West Ham used to have a reputation for good football but that performance was as bad as the days of Wimbledon or Sam's Bolton. Liverpool showed they were up for the scrap and that in itself was impressive. Next week's game at Anfield the game of the season. Everton have still got the two Manc clubs to come to Goodison and will go to Southampton. Arsenal, as poor as they were last night, have got a much easier run-in. I'd still say Arsenal, just.
