The Lotte Marines on Monday announced the acquisition of left-hander Bill Murphy, who spent most of the 2009 season with the Toronto Blue Jays’ Triple-A Las Vegas affiliate.
   
Murphy has agreed to a one-year deal worth $450,000 with the Pacific League club after going 0-0 with a 4.08 ERA in 18 major league appearances, all in relief, for the 2007 Arizona Diamondbacks and 2009 Blue Jays. Lotte is expected to use the 28-year-old as a middle reliever.
