Great Job Mexico ! I really disapprove of the way the Japanese approach little league baseball, like a job ! The Japanese kids play one sport year around, they practice, drill, and basically take the fun out of the game... I know I been there ! In the meantime other kids around the world are trying to play three sports or more a year. it is unfair that the japanese just play one sport to perfection and then thumb their nose at the competition for not doing the same. Good to see the Japanese eliminated and not rewarded for the behaviour.

Little League lets kids play and interact with other kids from other parts of their countries and the world. Every team is local to their town, and any town can have their own team. It also has many kid-friendly rules like everyone has to bat and play on the field and no parents in the players' dorm complex. They're not playing with adult rules. So just let them play their game.
Viva MEXICO! I don't even like baseball, but you know, as a good Mexican, I am happy for these kids from Reynosa, Mexico! Better luck next time Chiba kids.
And the winner is ? California USA, who beat the youngsters from Taiwan 6-3. That makes it 5 years in a row that the American kids have won the little league world series, congratulations !

WTF??? Is it really necessary for little elementary school kids to play in a world sports comp? Wait until maybe 15 or 16 like the Olympics.
What next, an Under-5 Soccer World Cup?
