    Cop out answer. She wasn't going to win so she didn't run. She owed it to the world to try and defend her title. So what if she failed. Very selfish thinking.

    Why didn't she explain this reasoning back when she selfishly did a last min pull out? And her crocodile tears mean nothing because the Olympics finished ages ago. She's done anyway.There's no London 2012 for her.

    okapake: How was withdrawing from the Olympics selfish? No really? Especially when she has only just been given the all clear to start jogging again after a six week lay-off. I might understand your thinking if she had competed in an event immediately following the Olympics, but she did not and does not look set to run in any major races until next year.

    Yeah she was really selfish looking after her body.
