The president of the International Olympic Committee warned Wednesday against “political interference” in the universal rules of sport that can undermine the core principles of fair play, tolerance and non-discrimination.

The Olympic committee will give tolerant, non-discriminatory fair play to whoever coughs up the most cash.

I guess this "apolitical" stance explains why the IOC is apparently considering China as a future location despite all the lies China fed the IOC before their LAST Olympics in China.
