    Dear author, JOHN DUERDEN,

    "A year of impressive progress in Asian soccer on the field..." now is that serious or a joke?

    You might mention the world club championship that just happened in Japan, and tell us if you seen any difference in the distance of the quality of soccer between the asian and the euriopean/south-american soccer compared to the past?

    It tells a real story that you mention Drogba, yet seem to be ignorant that he is desparate to get out of his contract and go bck to where they actually play something that can be called soccer. Take an occasional look in a european newspaper, it helps when writing an article.
