    Were foreigners the only subjects?

    Yes. Japan can't have all these foreigners ruling their national and 'traditional' sport.

    'bias' has done more harm to Japan (JSA) than to the foreigners.

    Anyone know why they are allowed to perform more than one test on suspects?

    That is and of itself should be a cause for concern.

    We should periodically take drug tests and little by little eliminate gaijin rikishi, after we kick all foreign rikishi, once again japanese will be strongest sumo wrestlers on earth!
