Of course he has a girl friend....:) where can could find a rich Japanese man without a girl friend or wife...?? I bet that girl friend has some sleepless nights worrying about other girls trying to snatch him away...

There was no mention of her being pregnant. I was a little surprised TBH. ;-)

More seriously, though, I feel for talented young people like Ryo who have to deal with "The Way" and the media here in Japan. The fact that he has been so successful in spite of the pressures and incessant hounding is very impressive IMHO.

You can guess Ryo having a girlfriend isn't a priority. "3 billion yen" is more of a concern.

JapanGal - if it was in entertainment, there would have to be mention of a reporter asking him something about getting a "hole in one", or "getting stuck in the rough", or whatever else usually gets reported.

Good on Ishikawa, and I respect his comments towards the media. As usual, however, I do NOT respect the media at all. Leave the poor kid alone! No WONDER why he's not winning this year!! And now night vists?!

What difference does that make? While the news is fluff at best there are evidently plenty of people interested in his choice of GF's. She had better get used to the spotlight if she is going to stick with him.
