I think Scott Dixon is doing the same thing for Christchurch. Great effort from Mr Sato but I gotta support Scott first and Takuma second. "Gentlemen, start your engines".

500 miles, 805 km, that's a long race

500 miles at an average speed of 225 mph? Two hours and a bit? Not such a long race actually, about average for spectators at such an event, no?

Still, they are at the upper limit of the car and tires/tyres most of that time, a delicate place where control is easily lost.
