Her pitch is great - She has been playing with the boys since Elementary school and was chosen on her performance. Congratulations!!

If a woman can pitch professionally, a knuckleball thrower probably has the best chance.

Tim Wakefield still throws around 100kph...she'd probably be a lot slower than that.

I hope the baseball association will provide regulations to protect her from sexual harassment and power abuse against her. After all if there are such problems in offices, where Japanese women have been in the workforce for decades, in this new field she's but a pioneer. I wish her strength of mind and the best of luck!

Looking at a picture of her and looking at the metrosexuals who play pro baseball in Japan, Darvish for example, she'll have no problem.
