agree, at 28 he's probably already lost a step.

I see no reason to give Tabuse another shot, he had his chance and failed to make the most of it. He should be content with the CBA or other minor league levels like the BJ league !

I don't want to sound pessimistic about Tabuse in the USA (NBA) but I am sure if they made some new league, with mostly smaller Filipinos, where the NBA is all the rage, Tabuse would play better, he might even look like a giant!

Although I don't disagree with those saying Tabuse's chances are very slim, I wouldn't say he has "no chance."
This year's college draft is considered to be very thin. That should help Tabuse's chances.
