$100Bn to IMF in 2008...continue...$100bn every year... till 2016... then Olympic committee might consider favorably ! Also, do not forget to entertain IOC members from time to time that will strengthen Tokyo's chances further !

When did IMF loans become part of the qualifying? It seems the politicians here feel entitled to buy anything. For this reason I hope the IOC says no to both Tokyo.

Interesting how they want to use some of the facilities back from the '64 games. Perhaps call them the Retro games. Go Tokyo!!
