I would say this is a resounding NO!! I think it was a joke Japan even trying to win this. Not the mention the latest Kidnapping incident which pretty much makes this D.O.A.! Better luck next time Japan but might be a good idea to first overhaul your entire social structure first. Oh wait a minute naa that won't work. Oh well xenophobes to the rescue. Hell they never wanted it anyways lol.
