Seems pretty open and shut case, Japanese are guilty!!!!

Good reporting BBC, keep progressing and try to reach the heady heights of Fox News, ie the peak of television journalism.

The Nagano Winter Olympic organiser's were smarter, they burned all the invoices and receipts after the games, no paper trail for any investigators...
