World Rugby aiming for global season by end of 2016

The English and French clubs are the greatest barrier to this happening but personally i don't think it should happen.

Rugby is historically a winter sport and should remain so.

Agree re french/english clubs akula but personally i don't want rugby to become like cricket i.e a sport where club comps are irrelevant and it's all about tests, which is what many southerners want.

I'd rather have a more meaningful super rugby comp and no June or Nov tour than even more test footy (sh players already play as many if not more games with the nt than with their club!). Domestic/club comps are the essence of sports imo.
