the Daegu games a.k.a the DQ games, the IAAF need to revise this farce of a rule, it's ruining a great spectacle.
Props To Kim Collins - 35 y.o and 3rd place. Great effort.

I dunno Carcharodon. It is sad to see the great Bolt DQ - but he knew the rules and blew it. Same rule in Swimming now too. I'd rather have the one break DQ rule as it is now, rather than the past when you could see up to 4 or 5 breaks, protests, guys lying down on the track and refusing to go etc. A ten second race used to turn into boring, drawn out a 40-50 minute saga! I reckon Bolt will put all his frustration into the 200 and relay and absolutely kill them!

Too bad about Bolt, but can't be perfect every time. I respect him for what he said to the media: "You want to see tears? Not going to happen" (Japanese athletes could learn from this), and at least a fellow country-person won. It'll be good to see these guys competing together at the Olympics next year.

Seems incredible that after all the money spent to bring the worlds best sprinters to an athletic meet that you would disqualify the worlds quickest man for a false start. What about the punters who paid good money to see this race?

Murafushi is looking good in the hammer right now - just threw 81+, looks like the gold will be his unless one of the others unleashes a miracle.

Well done Murafushi! Gee whiz he's a big unit. Can he carry this form over to London and boss everyone there too - let's hope so!

Bolt didn't need to be so precise at the start. He has enough speed that even a slow start wouldn't cost him. In the absence of his rivals, he would've won this race easy if he had more discipline.
