Apple, Samsung spar over potential ban on smartphone sales

Apple will do whatever it takes to get that HUGE 14% world market share to go up.

Apple's all about intellectual property rights, unless they're the ones doing the stealing. (Look up Xerox PARC and their STAR computer.)

yet apple ran to the president when Samsung won its case and have them "ignore" the ruling, apple files all sort of random patents that its absurd that the judge sides with anything "american"
