Apple coming back for seconds sounds like a thief returning to the scene of the crime to me. I used to think Microsoft were the big bully company but it seems they are the better of the bad bunch these days

Give it up Apple, Samsung is not going away. Android is not going away.

LOL. The Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy Note looks nothing like the iPhone! Not even close! Both of them were actually designed with the Apple lawsuits in mind, carefully looked over by American lawyers hired as consultants who advised on what to take out and dictated the shapes. The result was less than appealing outer appearances, with Android fans heavily criticizing the look of the phones.

But leave it to Apple, they still want to try. And since they know they have home court advantage with home court judge and jury supporting them, they think they have a shot.

LOL at Apple.

Trivial software issues this time, Apple really are grasping at straws and scraping the bottom of the patent barrel this time.- release a fix, sell the phones with the fix. problem solved and Apple can keep crying like a baby.

Hopefully this time Apple will be sent a public "Just shut up already, it was already found to not infringe anything that you can ban for".

Software patents need to be all made invalid, with only specific technical implementation patentable, like using a specific mathematical method to encode and decode frequency signals or fast detection method for touch response tracking. None of this "an api method to display rectangular boxes with or without rounded corners" that never explains how it's done just what the result is. And no 20 year technology patents, if something isn't obsolete by 10 years in the tech world, it was never important enough to protect anyway.

Apple has the rights to demand samsung for copying. Its a free world. I really hope a big win from apple. I really dislike the Idea of samsung taking american money. More money for samsung means stronger korean army

Apple are scared that their new iphone 5 isn't going to be a massive hit and is comparable at best to the Galaxy line up. Take the competition out by whatever means.
