Apple wins key German patent case against Samsung

    Samsung should create their own " coolness " factor , not imitate coolness.

    agreed, just copy cats trying to work around patent issues, as if that were innovative.

    apple buys mega components from samsung, and samsung tries to mimic (without copying?) apple's design ingenuity, simply using those same hardware components...

    now that's pretty smart, and a good way to maintain profitable business relationships, too.

    Who on Earth wants the imitation iPad anyway?

    There's very little software for it.

    It runs on Android, "developed" by Andy Rubin, an ex-Apple staffer, a system which is also very "inspired" by iOS.

    And does anyone really think that Samsung will support it in the future?

    The judge basically said that only Apple is allowed to sell thin square tablets with round edges.

    Might as well apply the same logic to a car tyre. It is round, made of rubber and has a hole in the middle.
