    NHK has it and it works on my docomo Samsung G3 http://www1.nhk.or.jp/olympic/live/

    I bought one app and though only 78 yen it is UTTER crap. I app I had for Vancouver was amazing (I think I paid about the same for it). Anyway, the best one I've found so far is the CTV app, which is free. It's all-inclusive (ie. not only Canadiana), has up to date newsstreams and medal counts, etc. I haven't tried watching a video on it yet (for which there are many!), but sadly my guess is I can't watch them outside of Canada.

    Use a VPN. I use it to get a USA address to watch Hulu Plus and netflix. Have it on my G3 too.
