We need to train the operators how to follow the proper procedures, not to cut corners and mix reactant materials in a bucket. And we need to get the architects (not Aneha) to design the plants to withstand seismic tremors. Japan's Donen also needs IAEA supervision. Daily supervision. To ensure they follow the international standards for operating "nookular" plants, and have proper reporting standards in the event of mishaps. Not this scheister-ish "Everything's wonderful in Tokai-mura" attitude.
